Terms of Service
What you get, what we need from you, what it costs, and who owns the result.
The agreement
These terms cover work supplied by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as Northbound. They apply from the moment you accept a quote or pay an invoice. If we have signed a separate contract with you, that contract wins wherever the two disagree.
What we deliver
A Conversion Teardown is a written document: a read of your funnel from first visit to paid, every finding we consider material, ranked, with a written fix for each. The Rewrite adds finished copy. Growth on Retainer repeats the work monthly.
We do not touch your code, your infrastructure, or your accounts beyond read only analytics access you choose to grant. Everything we produce arrives as a document your own team ships.
What we need from you
A public URL, and read only analytics access if you have it and want it read. If the product sits behind a login or a waitlist, a test account. Work starts when we have what we need, and the delivery clock starts with it.
Timing
Five working days for a teardown, five more for a rewrite, counted from the day we have your link and any access we asked for. If we are going to miss a date we will tell you before it passes rather than after.
Fees and cancellation
Fixed price engagements are payable in advance and are quoted before work starts. Retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the month already paid for. We do not bill hours and we do not raise change requests mid engagement.
If we have not started work, a cancellation is refunded in full. Once the read is underway it is not, because the work is the read.
Ownership
Once the invoice is paid, the deliverable is yours. You may publish it, ship it, hand it to another agency, or ignore it. We keep the right to describe the engagement in general terms and to reuse our own methods, which are not specific to you.
What we do not promise
A teardown is professional opinion, not a guarantee of revenue. Conversion depends on your product, your market, your pricing, and what you actually implement, and we control none of those. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement in question, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
